Budapest Diaries #02

My landlady is a nice woman called Erika who teaches Hungarian at Babilon language school. yesterday she told me “For breakfast we usually have toast and jam, and an apple. You know the saying, an apple a day… you can have two apples even if you like”
Then Andras her husband chimed in and said “yes, after all two apples are cheaper than two doctors” lol

the guy is cute. but i don’t want apples. i want my kosong prata and fish ball mee pok! stupid liangze started talking about fishballs just now, how there was an experiment about whether people would eat more fish balls in a blue bowl than in a red bowl and since red stimulates your hunger or smth people ate more fishballs when served in a red bowl.

ok going down to see what i can do about breakfast.
